We supported a key non-profit in building a Business Canvas that contained its flexible strategy to meet the pandemic head on. This resulted in changing the organization’s approach for outreach and marketing to a segmentation model. Today, they are building on that radical shift, adapting teams, creating a matrix approach to their work and integrating their new strategy and work habits into their culture.
