About the course
Support and skills to help you stop sweeping tensions and outright conflict under the rug and start working with it. Meet differences head on and work through them to create productive, satisfying, and innovative workplaces. Learn to address conflict in a way that matches your style and adapts to others’ needs.
By the end of this course, you will be able to
Create open and safe environments to express differences of opinion
Address conflict directly and work with it over time
Identify ways to work with your strengths and limitations around conflict resolution
Determine which situations require leadership attention and coaching

Leaders at all levels, whether you lead people directly or are an individual contributor.
How it works
You engage in a flow of activities designed to toggle between learning and immediate application. We conduct the program over 7 weeks with 4 online facilitated sessions and application in-between.
Time investment
Expect to dedicate about 1-3 hours per week during each week of the course. This includes regular work activities—with a twist towards heading off conflict—as well as reading, documentation and peer group coaching. Total course hours: 16

Small groups of maximum 16 people.
Open to all who want to dive in and learn how to work through conflict.We build groups with the just the right size to enrich personal attention, collaboration and feedback.

postponements of participation received 30 days or less prior to the commencement of the

All cancellations of participation (including substitutions/transfers/postponements) must be

If you wish to cancel or change your enrollment, the following cancellation
fee shall apply:
Before 30 days prior to the commencement of the course you will receive a full
refund minus 10% administration fee
30 days prior to the commencement of the course 25% of course fee
29 - 8 days prior to the commencement of the course 50% of course fee
7 days or less prior to the commencement of the course 100% of course fee
