This unique, live, online course engages you as an emerging leader, wherever you are in your career. Even if you’ve done leadership training before, this is a fresh experience—you hold up a mirror, see yourself anew, and engage in a dynamic learning lab with peers.
Explore the roots of your impact—from personal style to culture to gender and beyond—and make better decisions through better awareness. This experience, particularly coming out of the pandemic, strengthens your creative power and resilience.

How it works
This is a comprehensive, 8-month leadership development process. You engage in a flow of activities designed to toggle between learning and immediate application. You participate in real world cases, collaborative exchange, and meaningful feedback.
Time investment
You participate in 9 live, online facilitated sessions and application in-between.
Expect to dedicate about 1-3 hours per week during each week of the course. This includes regular work activities—with a creative leadership approach—as well as reading, documentation and peer group coaching. Total course hours: 66

About practice and application
Across the 3—4 weeks between facilitated sessions, you engage in the following activities. Some of this practice will be usual leadership activities, with a new twist. We encourage you to identify a personal mentor, advisor or manager who will support you on your journey.
Example of practice and application between sessions
Peer Coaching Prep, 1 hour
Peer Coaching Group Session one time, 2 hours
Reading, reflection, and new practice experiments, 1-2 hours
Meetings with work manager/advisor, 1 hour

We keep our groups small, using a Goldilocks approach—just right size—to enrich personal learning, practice, and group collaboration.

postponements of participation received 30 days or less prior to the commencement of the

All cancellations of participation (including substitutions/transfers/postponements) must be

If you wish to cancel or change your enrollment, the following cancellation
fee shall apply:
Before 30 days prior to the commencement of the course you will receive a full
refund minus 10% administration fee
30 days prior to the commencement of the course 25% of course fee
29 - 8 days prior to the commencement of the course 50% of course fee
7 days or less prior to the commencement of the course 100% of course fee
