About the Practicum
As we resurface from the pandemic, what better time to focus on our listening skills? While we practice, you will get re-socialized and re-energized around the foundational leadership skill of listening.
Learn how to focus your attention and connect in a way that opens pathways for people to express their unique needs, abilities, and willingness to contribute.
By the end of this course, you will be able to
Determine when heightened listening skills are required and how to listen attentively
Create productive listening environments that result in solutions
Identify how to work with their personal strengths and limitations around listening
Most suitable for
Leaders at all levels, whether you lead people directly or are an individual contributor.
How it works
You engage in a flow of practice-intense activities designed to toggle between learning and immediate application. We conduct the program over 5 weeks with 3 online facilitated sessions and application in-between.

Expect to dedicate about 1-3 hours per week during each week of the course. This includes regular work activities—with a listening twist—as well as reading, documentation and peer group coaching.
