In the Netherlands, a consultancy firm providing technical expertise and specialist engineering services to help clients navigate the demands of the rail industry, requested help to improve their leadership skills. We developed a personal, connected and on-the-job leadership journey.
By creating experiences that were grounded in their reality—yet lifted them out of their habits—we inspired managers to step into their leadership and make positive changes both in the workplace and their personal lives. We linked them to their whole selves, and helped them value and use all the leadership capabilities they owned from any part of their individual and professional experience.
The journey established a reinvention of their foundations of communication and trust in the organization. This led to constructive conflict resolution, commitment and contributed to accountability—all factors that translate into better results for the organization.
